Love it!

I have good news friends I found this beautiful stainless steel double oven from Kitchen Aid- kgrs505xss. I find this oven as the best of the entire best oven in the world. I can only imagine myself cooking in this oven. One time I was cooking for ten people for Thanksgiving dinner. I woke up very early and start cooking so when I am done with everything it is an hour ahead of our dinnertime. My problem at that time is how to make the food stays warm and hot but with an old oven, I cannot keep them warm altogether. Therefore, when I saw this oven my eyes pop out because it is indeed beautiful!

Our corn has ears

It rained twice this  week and I am very happy about it. Because every time the rain comes I know the plants are happy. After the rain yesterday I went to the field and check on our corn and yes we had plenty of ears this year. Though the deers started to eat some of it but I think they can't eat it all ^_^ Hubby picked some of the corn and we did eat it for dinner and it is yummy!

Body Pillows

     This morning hubby was complaining to me about his pillow. He has this military neck so they call it, that he needs a soft pillow and that contours his whole body. I bought him a good pillow thinking it would help but did not. His daughter bought him another kind of pillow still did not work out for his needs. I saw this body pillows online and thought of trying this one hoping that hubby would like it.

Ludwig drum set

     There is no day that I do not think of my family most especially my nieces and nephew in the Philippines. I saw them last March this year since I went there for a month and I missed them already. This morning my niece told me that her brother is a member of their school band. I was happy because he is a very active boy and he needs to put that energy to good stuff. I remember when my niece was in high school she asked me one time to enroll her to a music studio. That time I do not like the idea but now I realized kids and teenagers should not focus their time to social networking rather they have to focus their energy, skill and talents to music or other stuff that will enhance what they have. A ludwig jr drum set is the best gift to my nieces and nephew this Christmas I think.

Musician's Friend

A friend of mine who lives in New York invites me to come to her place this summer or fall. I told hubby about it but he has a second thought if he allows me to go to New York by my own. Of course, he won’t allow me but I also told him other option he could come with me in New York. I told my friend the places I like to visit and one thing is to watch an orchestra play. I so love to watch orchestra play the music soothe my soul. The other day an affordable mighty bright at musician's friend house I saw. It was mighty bright for anybody conducting the orchestra could use it well and indeed they do need it.

                              Bees and hummingbirds love these flowers. What I do is to plant more so more bees and hummingbirds will come.

Thrifted-shoes

In general I think women like shoes. I only know one or two women who does not like shoes at all I do not know why, lol! But for me I so like them but I do not buy very expensive ones I look for them at the thrift store and bought it cheap. Or sometimes I go to my favorite store dsw for things on sale. This time I found some of those shoes.

Mapex

This weekend was like the summer just begun. Hubby and I went to attend a local beauty pageant last Saturday and it was a lot of fun. A friend of mine is one of the candidates and of course, along the way we cheered for her. One of the awards she won was the Best in Talent her talent is singing and she was good at it. The Mapex Shell Packs that the event organizer used in the event was awesome. It looks new and the sound just so right. My friend told me that she was so happy because they went to get this kind of drum because she did win.

North Carolina Photographers

I love taking photos to the point that it became my therapy every time I feel homesick or just not feeling good. This year I attended at least two weddings and many parties here and there. Since I love to take photos, I always observed those photographers who are taking photos in the event then see their works after the wedding. There is some photographer’s work that does not reach to my standard and liking therefore it is not easy to find a good photographers. I also realized that getting photographers services is not cheap but north carolina photographers are here to bring many great photos.

I had a good time walking around the park for two hours yesterday. It was my first to walk around alone in a county park that is located very close to us. I was not scared though I have my cellphone with me at the same time I listen to my surroundings. While walking I saw young and adults having a good time fishing I asked this boy to pose for me after a fish took his bait.

Vic Firth Drumsticks

     Do you know how important a drumstick is to a drummer? Well a great vic firth drumsticks at musicians friend I saw the other day. We are not supposed to play those things but we did. My friend whose husband is a musician showed me her husband’s collection and I was surprise. I did not know there are so many kinds of drumsticks. Anyway, he got many kinds of American Classic Hickory Drumsticks he has twelve, six and even three pairs of them. What I do like is that no matter how expensive or cheap it might be drumsticks help any musicians in playing the drum, right?

Dating

     Last year I was in the Philippines and in my hometown we have this port and at the same time a shrine where people can go anytime of the day. This place is a place where people like to go for a date. I never had a date in this place lol I thought those days if I go to this place a relative or neighbor sees me I would be in deep trouble with my parents hehe. 

                                                            

Guitar Pedal Board

I love music do you? As a Filipino by heart, I love to sing and dance. My husband told me why I like to dance I said I do not know I just like music that is all. Anyway, I saw an excellent guitar pedal board at musicians friend the other day. We had lots of fun in her house because his husband tries to connect all his musical instrument including a guitar pedal board and it was fun when you sing and dance and you had the entire musical instrument around with you.

Black and White Purse

When you are shopping at the thrift store you should know what you are looking for. Before when I go to the thrift store, I am overwhelm of the things around. So sometimes I pick things that I do not want but now  when I go visit a thrift store, I look, and only buy the things that I do like. The other day I found this black and white purse and I immediately like it.

Wanna Ride a Limo?

     Have you ridden a limousine? If not yet try at least once in your lifetime it is really fun. Twice I had a chance of riding a limousine it was a friend’s birthday and we agreed to hire a limousine that night. After we had our dinner a limousine went to get us and off we go to the bar/dancing place. After several hours, back we go to our limousine that is waiting for us the whole time we were inside having fun. The inside of the limousine is awesome and beautiful I so love it. This coming winter hubby and I are going to attend a wedding. His relatives there told us that they are going to hire st petersburg airport limo service for us. I am happy to know this because there are many of us who are coming from Michigan and a car is not enough. I cannot wait to be there this winter it is awhile I have not visited Florida so soon I will there.

I planted this flower cone last year and I kind of liking it. But this kind of flower is one of the favorite of Japanese beetle that is why some of the flowers has many holes on it. Just do not like insects but I think they have to be eat too. ^_^
