Reddish Orchid

Up close and personal this orchid is deep burgundy reddish color. It is so pretty that if only I could grow orchids here in my area I would do so. Thankfully, we have a garden and sculpture here in my state that we could visit and look at different variety of orchids. And did you see a red dot in the middle of white petal? Is that so pretty unique only mother nature can do that.

Melodie Acres

Not until I look and crap this picture that I noticed it has a name. It says Melodie Acres and on the side is Antiques so wish we stopped here I bet I could find a good one here but I think we've got to visit this place again so to appease my curiosity ^_^

Every time hubby and I went for a drive I always find beautiful barns. You see here in Michigan you can still find beautiful barns. Some need TLC but many are gorgeous and pretty. These  particular barn seems to me is doing well and I do like the paint on top of the silos.

The Barns

I am back in taking barn photos. Barns is like a testimony of how people work before and now. Here in Michigan we still have plenty of barns some are being repaired, some are new, some are gone and only the silo was left standing, and some you see is on the ground and I guess it cannot be renovated or repaired. These time I got two to show for this week.

Reds Along The Way

Last week, hubby and I went for a long drive. We went to Grand Rapids then to Ludington, Michigan. Going back the next day the sun comes out the much awaited time of the say when the sun is warm and shining so I took a lot of photos along the highway.

                                              I love pizza especially if it taste like homemade. These store seems like they had a good pizza. What do you think?

Apple Picking Time

Last Saturday, bunch of my friends went to Blakes Farm to do our yearly apple picking getaway. We had lot of fun and the apples are good. Of course, I picked up the not so ripe since I am going to eat it all. I don't bake and don't like a lot of sweets but this is my sweet a very healthy one.
