Reddish Orchid

Up close and personal this orchid is deep burgundy reddish color. It is so pretty that if only I could grow orchids here in my area I would do so. Thankfully, we have a garden and sculpture here in my state that we could visit and look at different variety of orchids. And did you see a red dot in the middle of white petal? Is that so pretty unique only mother nature can do that.

The Gibson

Hi Folks how is your weekend? It seems to me people are getting ready for the season. Hubby asked me if I had made my list but I have not yet. The other day I saw this beautiful

Gibson 2015 SG Standard Heritage Cherry Sunburst guitar and it is amazing. I so love the color cherry sunburst it looks very classy to me. And of course I do not doubt about how it sound and the quality for I knew since I was young that the products of Gibson are the best!!

Mardi Gras

One thing if you take a photo of flowers when you see it in the big screen you see little details that makes the flower pretty unique. Each and every flower are created differently. It has different size, shapes, form and color. Now look at this flower this is an orchid but do not know the specific name BUT notice the shape of the flower it is like a lady dancing in Mardi Gras and if you notice on the white petal it has a little spot which is consistent to all flowers. That is what I called the beauty of nature when you see close and find how difference can become a beauty.

What Am I?

For sure I know this is some kind of an orchid but what ever the name this orchid is I do not know. In person this orchid is pretty unique. It has a long petals and on top has this crown like and a yellow "thing" is in the middle. I like to take one of this flower but it is a no no to pick them so I took a photo. Does anyone know this orchids name?

Yellow Orchid

My love of orchids comes from my mother. She used to grow white orchids then in the later years of her life she take care more orchids but this time in other colors and also Bromeliad. I used to watch her put some egg shells and also very careful to water the flowers. When I see orchids it always reminds me of my mother. Hope she was still alive because if she did I will give her orchids in different colors. Missed my mom.

Boss Rc

When my nephew told me he is joins their school band I was very happy. I see him as very active boy and he needs to focus those energy on him to not waste it instead to put his energy to a good cause.  I encourage him to join any club  in school and he ended up in the school band which is great. One day I asked him if he indeed like to pursue his love for music or any kind of musical instrument and he told me he love it.  As a good Aunt I supported him and one day he asked me about boss rc-20xl and found a website that had it.  So good to know that there are websites that we can look and purchase the item if we like it.

Barns

Every time hubby and I went for a drive I always find beautiful barns. You see here in Michigan you can still find beautiful barns. Some need TLC but many are gorgeous and pretty. These  particular barn seems to me is doing well and I do like the paint on top of the silos.

An Orchid

Here is another orchid that everyone would like. The color of this orchid is very common as we can see this in any grocery store displayed in there flower/gift shelf area. But what makes this one is pretty unique is that it is huge. The photo did not give justice to this one but I would like to say this is very pretty huge orchid.

I am back in taking barn photos. Barns is like a testimony of how people work before and now. Here in Michigan we still have plenty of barns some are being repaired, some are new, some are gone and only the silo was left standing, and some you see is on the ground and I guess it cannot be renovated or repaired. Lavender Orchid

I like to call this Lavender Orchid because of the color of course. The flower is huge and the color for me is perfection because it has the hues of white and lavender/purplish to it.

The Way To Learn

Wow could not believe we are almost at the end of October. And yes it would be like two months before the big holiday celebration is going to happen. But here in our neck of the wood we are busy juggling from place to place. Taking care of kids is not an easy job after school they have to cart around to their extra curricular activities that there is not end! But when you also see them happy of what they are doing it feels good though. One niece told me that she is very much interested in any musical instrument in fact I bought her a guitar already. I learned how to play the guitar when I was already in my mid 20's this time I like them to learned musical instruments while they are still young. Reds Along The Way

Last week, hubby and I went for a long drive. We went to Grand Rapids then to Ludington, Michigan. Going back the next day the sun comes out the much awaited time of the say when the sun is warm and shining so I took a lot of photos along the highway.

                                              I love pizza especially if it taste like homemade. These store seems like they had a good pizza. What do you think?

Chinese Lantern

My Chinese lantern is growing and crawling like crazy. Next year I think I am going to transfer this plant next to the barn so it could climb where ever they want. I am very much impressed of the color these Chinese lantern brings.

Last Saturday, I was very surprised when I look above our tree line this huge air balloon was just on top of it. I ran towards the house and took photos immediately. I even went to the field to get a good shot and I heard the sound of the fire. It is my dream to ride a hot air balloon but seems that it is expensive and hubby won't come with me, lol! Apple Picking Time

Last Saturday, bunch of my friends went to Blakes Farm to do our yearly apple picking getaway. We had lot of fun and the apples are good. Of course, I picked up the not so ripe since I am going to eat it all. I don't bake and don't like a lot of sweets but this is my sweet a very healthy one.

My Hibiscus

My second year to have this Hibiscus plant. These time it is blooming so well but it blooms kind of late in summer already. We have like this in the Philippines but our flowers there are small compare to Hibiscus here they are huge bigger than a big plate. I am thinking of getting more of this plant since I found out they look good in our area.

Backyard Playground

Well summer maybe almost over but this is the time of the year where you could find discounted backyard playground for your kids. Look at williamsburg playsets here and you would never get wrong. Your kids will gonna tell you, you are an awesome dad or mom!! I have been wanting to get a backyard playground for my nieces and nephew and this williamsburg playsets are the right size for them. Why? Because you can order it online they will construct and customize it for you. That is so cool idea for me since my nieces and nephew are a bit old but still they want to play so I have to give them this.

I spent Labor day weekend in New York and New Jersey my first time to visit this  two beautiful states. I would definitely go back if given a chance because me and my friends did not see a lot of place seems like two days is not enough!! ^_^

Dance Studio

I think all mom's are grinning the kids are in school!! I had a good lunch to day with a friend and we talk about her kids all are in school. And so she feels that her house is awfully quite it feels weird to her. But then she also told me when she picked them up at school she has to drop them again to different practice and dance lesson venue. Before the school begins I accompanied her looking for a ballet studio around in our area. Then a friend told her to try, visit and observe ballet lessons at this dance studio. My friends daughter in her first day was very shy but it did not take her hours to make friends the people in there was so hospitable kids love it there.

Burlap Tablecloth

Summer is almost over and I have been to several bridal shower, baby shower and most of all  weddings. All parties that I had been too were all unique. Every decorations are themed nicely and appropriately but one thing that I noticed of all the parties is the burlap. I have seen burlap's in some parties but the parties that I have been to are extra ordinary. I look at the internet and found out a burlap tablecloth website which makes me happy because I can get idea from the website. Burlap's are not expensive at the same time you can decorate it to many parties or events. A must try to people who are planning for a party this fall.

The Mob

I call this flower an angry mob. They look like an angry flower ready to devour you, lol!Every afternoon while I seat at the porch I can't help but being amuse of this beauty. How in the world could a creator think of this very detailed beauty. Love it!
